The forgotten book
The reason for this project was the book "The shadow of the wind" written by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. In this book the auteur writes about a cemetry of forgotten books. At the same time the librabry offered  Marijke Schlebusch, the initiator of this project, books which were removed from the library, or books never lend out. Marijke invited artists to make a work with these 'forgotten books'.

My 'forgotten' book was 'The giant's house' written by Elizabeth McCracken.
